  2. 1 buah bashol (bawang merah) besar.
  3. 2 buah cabe hijau.
  4. 1 buah cabe merah.
  5. 5 batang serai.
  6. 2 buah tomat.
  7. 1 sendok teh ketumbar bubuk.
  8. 5 lembar daun jeruk purut.
  9. Secukupnya merica.
  10. 2 batang seledri/daun ketumbar.
  11. 2 buah lemon.
  12. Air.
  13. Garam.

Langkah Memasak Tom yum #alaNakKairo

  1. Iris2 ayam menjadi irisan kecil2. Sirami dg lemon, biarkan selama 5 menit.
  2. Siapkan bahan disamping👉 1. Sereh digeprek dan dipotong dua. 2. Tomat diiris2 3. Cabe diblender sampai halus 4. Bawang merah diiris2.
  3. Siapkan daun jeruk, ketumbar dan merica.
  4. Masukkan air kedalam wajan, rebus sampai mendidih, lalu masukkan ayam.
  5. Lalu masukkan semua bahan yg tertera diatas. Masak sampai semua matang, tambahkan garam. Jika sudah matang tabur irisan daun seledri (karena ga ada daun ketumbar😬) dan perasan jeruk nipis/lemon.
