- 1 ekor ayam (900gr).
- 1 buah bashol (bawang merah) besar.
- 2 buah cabe hijau.
- 1 buah cabe merah.
- 5 batang serai.
- 2 buah tomat.
- 1 sendok teh ketumbar bubuk.
- 5 lembar daun jeruk purut.
- Secukupnya merica.
- 2 batang seledri/daun ketumbar.
- 2 buah lemon.
- Air.
- Garam.
Langkah Memasak Tom yum #alaNakKairo
- Iris2 ayam menjadi irisan kecil2. Sirami dg lemon, biarkan selama 5 menit.
- Siapkan bahan disamping👉 1. Sereh digeprek dan dipotong dua. 2. Tomat diiris2 3. Cabe diblender sampai halus 4. Bawang merah diiris2.
- Siapkan daun jeruk, ketumbar dan merica.
- Masukkan air kedalam wajan, rebus sampai mendidih, lalu masukkan ayam.
- Lalu masukkan semua bahan yg tertera diatas. Masak sampai semua matang, tambahkan garam. Jika sudah matang tabur irisan daun seledri (karena ga ada daun ketumbar😬) dan perasan jeruk nipis/lemon.
