  1. Quaker Oat.
  2. Wortel.
  3. Tomat Merah.
  4. Bawang Putih.
  5. Santan Instant.
  6. Garam.
  7. Daun Jeruk Purut.
  8. Daging Giling.
  9. Lada (Merica).

Langkah Memasak Oats Savory Porridge

  1. Siapkan semua bahan; wortel diserut kasar, tomat cincang kasar, bwang putih cincang halus, daun jeruk buang tulangnya.
  2. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum lalu masukan daging giling tumis kembali sampai daging berubah warna, beri garam dan lada.
  3. Masukan wortel dan tomat, tumis kembali sampai sayurnya agak layu.
  4. Masukan quaker oat, tambah dengan air matang sampai quaker terendam air, kurang lebih 300 cc, lalu aduk sampai mendidih.
  5. Masukan daun jeruk dan santan, aduk kembali sampai mendidih dan kuah mengental, periksa rasa, lalu angkat..
  6. Sajikan dalam mangkuk dengan hiasan daun bawang dan rawit merah.
