Langkah Memasak Oats Savory Porridge
- Siapkan semua bahan; wortel diserut kasar, tomat cincang kasar, bwang putih cincang halus, daun jeruk buang tulangnya.
- Tumis bawang putih sampai harum lalu masukan daging giling tumis kembali sampai daging berubah warna, beri garam dan lada.
- Masukan wortel dan tomat, tumis kembali sampai sayurnya agak layu.
- Masukan quaker oat, tambah dengan air matang sampai quaker terendam air, kurang lebih 300 cc, lalu aduk sampai mendidih.
- Masukan daun jeruk dan santan, aduk kembali sampai mendidih dan kuah mengental, periksa rasa, lalu angkat..
- Sajikan dalam mangkuk dengan hiasan daun bawang dan rawit merah.
