- 4 sdm kelapa parut.
- 2 sdm gula merah sisir.
- 2 sdm air.
- 1 sdt gula pasir.
- Sejumput garam.

- Secukupnya butter cream.
Langkah Memasak Klepon Dessert Glass
- Mikser bahan A hingga putih kental, lalu masukkan bahan B sambil di ayak, mikser menggunakan kecepatan terendah, kemudian masukkan bahan C sedikit sedikit aduk menggunakan spatula..
- Lalu masukkan adonan kedalam loyang yang sudah di olesi dengan minyak dan dilapisi dengan kertas roti, panggang/kukus selama 20-25 menit..
- Unti kelapa : masukkan semua bahan kedalam teflon kecuali kelapa parut, masak hingga hingga mendidih dan gula larut, lalu masukkan kelapa, aduk terus hingga air menyusut, angkat..
- Potong" kue sesuai ukuran gelas yang digunakan, lalu masukkan 1 potong kue ke dalam gelas, lalu tutup dengan unti kelapa, lalu tutup lagi dengan butter cream, kemudian tumpuk lagi dengan kue, dan seterusnya..
- Klepon dessert glass siap disajikan. 😊.
Hi guys, today I decided to share one of my favourite Indonesian sweets, Klepon. For those of you who don't know, Klepon is basically a glutinous rice ball filled with palm sugar. This is a really easy sweets to make and really delicious too. A popular delicacy throughout Indonesia, Kue Klepon are adorable little balls (quite similar to Onde-Onde) made of boiled glutinous rice flour and pandan paste. Each ball is coated in delicious, freshly grated coconut flakes, and stuffed with succulent, liquid brown palm sugar that bursts in your mouth with a load of sweetness.
