  10. 280 ml whip cream (saya pakai anchor).
  11. 1 sdm gellatin.
  12. 2 sdm air dingin.
  13. 100 gr selai blueberry.
  14. Mousse choco:.
  15. 105 ml susu cair full cream.
  16. 280 ml whip cream.
  17. 150 gr DCC diconcang halus.
  18. 1 sdm gelatin bubuk yg halal.
  19. 2 sdm air dingin.
  20. Glaze.
  21. 100 ml whipcream.
  22. 150 gr White cooking coklat.

  24. 6 bungkus pocky cokelat.

Langkah Memasak Cake choco mousse blueberry and mousse choco

  1. Cake: kocok telur dan gula hingga mengental kemudian tambahkan coklat bubuk aduk rata, kemudian masukkan DCC yg sdh di tim bersama margarin, masukkan terigu aduk pelan-pelan.
  2. Tuang kedalam loyang bulat bongkar pasang utk black forest, panggang dlm oven sekitar 20menit. Dinginkan kue tanpa dikeluarkan dr loyang.
  3. Blueberry mousse: rendam gelatin bubuk kedalam 2sdm air dingin selama 5 menit, kocok dlm tempat terpisah susu dan selai blueberry tambahkan pasta ungu. Kocok whipcream hingga softpeak lalu masukkan gelatin setelah itu masukkan adonan susu dan selai aduk rata.
  4. Setelah kue dingin tuang mousse blueberry keatas kue kemudian ratakan simpan kedlm freezer selsma 1 jam.
  5. Choco mousse: rendam gelatin kedlm air dingin selama 5 menit. Panaskan susu jangan sampai mendidih kemudian tuang kedalam DCC yg sdh dicincang sampai meleleh. Kocok whipcream dan gelatin sampai soft peak tuang adonan DCC yg sdh meleleh dan msh dlm keadaan hangat sdkt agar tidak menggumpal ketika dikocok bersama whipcream. Kocok rata kemudian tuang diatas mousse yg sdh beku lalu simpan dlm freezer selama 1 jam.
  6. Glaze: panaskan whipcream jangan sampai mendidih lalu tuang kedalam coklat yg sdh d cincang aduk rata kemudian siram keatas cake and mousse yg sdh beku. Simpan kdlm kulkas.
  7. Menghias kue: tempelkan pocky sy ujung biskuit yg tdk ada coklatnya dipatahkan dipatahkan kemudian ikan dengan pita. Masih ada sisa DCC sy tim dan hias atas kue dengan piping bag.
