Bahan Membuat Chocolate mousse
- 140 gr dcc.
- 250 ml whipped cream cair.
- 1,5 gr gelatin bubuk.
- 90 cc susu evaporasi.
- 1/4 sdt vanila cair.
Langkah Memasak Chocolate mousse
- Potong dcc kecil-kecil lalu lelehkan dengan cara di tim. Sisihkan.
- Campur susu evaporasi dan gelatin, diamkan 5 menit. Panaskan asal hangat saja.
- Kocok whipped cream cair hingga kaku bersama dengan vanila cair.
- Masukkan dcc leleh ke dalam campuran susu, aduk hingga rata. Kemudian campur dengan whipped cream, aduk rata. Tuangkan ke dalam wadah yang telah disediakan. Dinginkan di dalam lemari es kira-kira 45 menit.
- Mousse siap untuk dinikmati, rasanya enak, coklat banget dan lembut banget. Plus gak bikin eneg, begitu makan pengen lagi dan lagi. Hehehe....
