Langkah Memasak Chocolate Mousse Cake

- Matikan api, lalu masukan coklat dcc yg sudah di iris2 ke dalam adonan, aduk rata, tuang ke dalam loyang yg sudah di lapisi kertas baking, tunggu dingin suhu ruang, baru masukan kulkas kira2 6 jam (jika dirasa kulkas kurang dingin-masukan freezer di 1 jam terakhir) agar lebih padat. kluarkan dari loyang dan cabut baking paper, taburi coklat bubuk diatasnya dengan penyaring.
