Bahan Membuat Chocolate Mousse Cake

  1. 5 butir telur.
  2. 75 gr gula pasir.
  3. 1 sdt cake emulsifier.
  4. 1/2 sdt vanilla essens.
  5. 70 gr tepung terigu serbaguna.
  6. 30 gr coklat bubuk.
  7. 10 gr maizena.
  8. 1 sdm susu bubuk.
  9. 50 gr margarine/ butter.
  10. 40 gr dcc.
  11. Bahan Chocolate Mousse :.
  12. 110 gr susu cair (ditimbang).
  13. 100 gr whipped cream (haan).
  14. 200 ml air es.
  15. 5 gr gelatin bubuk.
  16. 2 sdm air.
  17. 150 gr dcc.

Langkah Memasak Chocolate Mousse Cake

  1. Kocok gula pasir, telur dan cake emulsifier hingga mengembang dan kental berjejak.
  2. Masukan bahan kering yg sudah di ayak.
  3. Masukan campuran margarine dan dcc.
  4. Aduk hingga homogen, masukan dalam loyang bulat D 20 cm panggang +- 35 menit / sampai matang.
  5. Cara membuat Chocolatr mousse : larutkan gelatin dengan 2 sdm air, sisihkan.
  6. Panaskan susu cair (jgn sampai mendidih cukup panas saja) masukan gelatin aduk rata, lalu masuka dcc adul rata, diamkan hingga uap panas hilang.
  7. Mixer whipped cream dan air es hingga kaku.
  8. Tambahkan larutan susu dan coklat td aduk rata.
  9. Penyelesaian:.
  10. Belah cake menjadi 3 bagaian,susun cake pertama dan beri mousse lanjutkan hingga cake habis dan dapat di hias sesuai selera. Selamat mencoba.
