- Penyelesaian :.
- Siapkan loyang cutting kotak uk 15x15cm.
- Trim bagian atas cake yg berkulit supaya rata..
- Letakkan cake pd dasar loyang. Basahi dgn simple sirup / madu / gula cair supaya lembab..
- Tuang matcha mousse diatas cake.ratakan. simpan freezer sampai set..
