Bahan Membuat Permen Agar-agar/Jelly Candy

  1. 1 sachet bubuk agar-agar (27gr).
  2. 200 gr gula pasir.
  3. 200 ml air.
  4. sesuai selera Pewarna dan pasta makanan.
  5. Bahan tambahan:.
  6. 100 gr gula halus.

Langkah Memasak Permen Agar-agar/Jelly Candy

  1. Masukkan air, gula pasir dan bubuk agar-agar. lalu aduk sampai semua bahan larut (pastikan tidak ada bubuk agar-agar yang menggumpal).
  2. Masak dengan api sedang sampai adonan mengental, sambil terus di aduk supaya gak gosong.
  3. Tuang ke loyang anti lengket.
  4. Tunggu sampai adonan kering, lalu tabur gula halus.
  5. Gulung adonan permen.
  6. Potong sesuai selera.
  7. Dinginkan di suhu ruang sampai mengeras.
  8. Masukkan ke toples! 😊.
