- 1 bungkus agar².
- 200 ml air.
- 200 gr gula pasir.
- Gula halus.
Langkah Memasak Jelly roll candy
- Masukkan agar², air, gula pasir. Rebus hingga agak mengental (tapi jangan kelamaan ya, takutnya terlalu kental).
- Kalau sudah mengental tuang di loyang atau wadah...
- Jika sudah dingin, taburi gula halus lalu gulung pelan² dan potong..
- Setelah di potong, bisa di jemur, bisa juga di diamkan disuhu ruang.. Selamat mencoba ya....
