- 300 gram daging sapi.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- 1 ruas jahe.
- 7 sdm kecap asin.
- 5 sdm gula pasir (munjung).
- Larutan tepung terigu (1 sdt tepung terigu + air).
- Daun bawang.
- Tomat.
Langkah Memasak Beef Teriyaki
- Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, lalu tambahkan jahe, kecap asin dan gula. Tunggu sampai gula mencair dan bergelembung ya.
