Bahan Membuat Salmon miso soup
- 1 pak ikan salmon filet.
- 2 siung bawang putih cincang.
- Seruas jahe cincang.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 1 sdt kaldu ayam organik non MSG.
- 3 sdm olive oil /minyak biasa untuk menumis.
- 30 gram pasta miso.
- 600 ml air.
- Sayuran pelengkap(optional).
- 5 lembar sawi hijau(potong 2 bagian).
- Brokoli.
- 3 buah jamur campignon.
- 1 pak jamur shimeji putih.
- 1 batang daun bawang,potong kecil-kecil.
- 1 sdm bawang putih goreng.
- 3 buah cabai rawit merah(optional).
- Kecap asin (optional).
Langkah Memasak Salmon miso soup
- Potong filet ikan salmon.
- Cincang halus bawang putih dan jahe,lalu tumis sampai harum,sisihkan..
- Larutkan pasta miso dengan 3 sdm air hangat(karena katanya jangan masak pasta miso dengan air mendidih,karena bisa buat bakteri baiknya RIP alias mati😂).
- Didihkan 1/2 panci air(kira2 600-700ml)lalu masukan tumisan bawang putih dan jahe,.
- Tambahkan 1 sdt kaldu ayam non MSG dan 1 sdt garam.
- Masukan jamur.
- Masukan potongan ikan salmon,sawi,brokoli,cabe rawit utuh.
- Masak sebentar aja yaa,biar nutrisi ikan salmonnya gak hilang,jika terlihat sudah matang lalu matikan kompor,dan campurkan pasta miso nya,aduk dan tambahkan bawang putih goreng,sajikan..
