Bahan Membuat Japanesse diet cheese cake
- bahan i :.
- 135 gram cheese cream (aku pake kraft keju olesan krn ga pny cream cheeese π ).
- 50 ml minyak goreng (aku pake bimoli).
- 5 kutel + 1 telur ayam utuh.
- 1 bh jeruk lemon ukrn besar (peras airnya +/_ jd 25ml).
- 90 gram tepung terigu.
- 1 sachet vanili bubuk.

- 125 gram gula pasir.
- 1 sdm air jeruk lemon.
Langkah Memasak Japanesse diet cheese cake
- Bahan I : - campur keju oles /cream cheesse dg minyak goreng diatas kompor dg api kecil aduk2 perlahan sampai keju lunak dan sisihkan -Aduk kutel + 1 telur utuh bersama vanili bubuk - masukan adonan telur kedalam adonan keju tadi, aduk sampai keju tdk menggumpal - masukan air lemon dan aduk sampai adonan tercampur rata - masukan terigu yg sdh diayak sampai adonan berubah menjadi pasta kemudian sisihkan.
- Bahan II : - mixer putel + gula pasir + air jeruk lemon sampai putih dan kaku.
- Campur bahan II kedalam bahan I (bagi 3 tahap utk bahan II) aduk balik dg spatula.
- Tuang adonan kedlm loyang bulat (aku pake diameter 22) yg sdh dialasi kertas roti.
- Panggang dlm oven dg suhu 170 delcel selama 60 menit dg tehnik au ban marie (bener ga nih tulisannya... artinya loyang dialasi dg loyang lain yg diisi air kurleb tinggi 1cm airnya) Lupa motoin step satu ini π₯.
- Setelah matang, keluarkan dari loyang dg cara membalikkan loyang pd nampan yg telah dialasi kertas roti, lepas scr perlahan kertasnya dan diamkan sampai benar2 dingin dan siap disajikan.
- Alhamdulillah... rasanya ngeju banget plus segerr dari jeruk lemonnya... cobain yukkk nyamnyaammm.
- Lihat teksturnya seperti sponge sabun ππkenyes kenyeesss bunyinyaaa.... yakin cuma mau sepotong ???? Hmmmm ga yakin deh.... π.
