- 5 ekor pindang uk sedang.
- 2 kotak tahu putih (potong kotak).
- 1 bh tomat besar (potong2).
- 5 bh cabai kecil (rajang).
- 3 batang daun bawang (dirajang).
- 1 sdt garam.
- 1 sdt gula.
- Kaldu jamur.
- Bumbu yg dihaluskan.
- 5 siung besar bawang merah.
- 3 siung besar bawang putih.
- 3 buah cabai besar.
Langkah Memasak Pindang sarden
- Goreng tahu dan pindang (me : dibuang kepala dan ekornya) setengah matang (jgn tll kering).
- Tumis rajangan bawang sampai layu, masukkan bumbu halus dan masak sampai mengeluarkan minyak, kemudian masukkan tomat dan cabai kecil, gula, garam, kaldu jamur, kemudian beri air secukupnya, biarkan mendidih..
- Masukkan pindang dan tahu yg sdh digoreng...masak sampai mendidih lagi dan bumbu meresap..tes rasa.
- Angkat jika matang, sajikan dengan nasi hangat dan sayur bayam...hmm..❤️.
